Congratulations! All you are missing is visibility on the MLS to reach thousands of potential buyers. LSL-1 is an up=front flat fee to Plum Tree Realty that fills in this missing piece for 30 days. You field all the calls, schedule your showings, negotiate the offers, prepare your own counter offer addenda, and pay a commission to the Buyer’s Broker. Added benefit: If you don’t sell in 30 days you can convert to a Full Service Listing with Marcy, and the up-front flat fee will be deducted from the total commission owed to Plum Tree at closing.

This level of MLS listing service is an up-front flat fee to Plum Tree Realty for 60 days as an Active listing. You field all the calls, schedule your showings, and pay a commission to the Buyer’s Broker. Added benefit: If you don’t sell in 60 days you can convert to a Full Service Listing with Marcy, and the up-front flat fee will be deducted from the total commission at closing.
